Don't know how much bhp you can get with only 45mm pipes,intake and exhaust ports should be widened on the cylinder heads to get real increase in bhp,see what kartalamakis did in his book,he explained it very well in his book

You will loose some (torque) and gain some (hp), but without remap - engine will work with lean mixture. Best bet is to try and do some tests with acceleration.

  typical for rusty 75. Nothing that can't be solved vith grinder and welding machine  Vhen you're done with bodywork, make shure that you use good rust protection otherwise you will find yourself with grinder in your hands soon.
