Can not understand it. No Ignition, not even alfa control is not blinking. wtf

ARC should blink, even with a fried ECU. Have you checked the wiring? Probably the ground.

How can they be toast? on the ECU have Motronic relay and fuse

maybe something happened before you put ground wire to the body ... or something ... did you hear the engine run before you bought it ... who knows what happened  ... wait a few days until electrics guru here comes on ... maybe he will know what to do

Everything connected correctly? Have you tried the starter hot ( connecting the two poles on the back of it)? Although as you describe it it seems as if you have no power at all- Do you get any reaction from the dash and the ARC when you turn the key?

did you check the alternator before mounting? so on dry without ECU?
If yes and you are sure everything is OK did you check if you get the signal from the ECU towards alternator?
you sure you have the signal from the starter towards ECU?

so either signal path is fucked up either ECU...considering starter and alternator are fully OK

Exactly Isus. no power at all! have no reaction to turn the key, not on the dashboard not on ARC Starter lock did not try it makes no sense in this situation

check all the wires. It looks as if you missed a connection or a wire damaged.
